Creation of Logo for Ecommerce website

Hi all,
I will require someone to create a logo which shows a picture of a ghost. Something like ghostbuster or casper with a banner sign holding the word deal. The idea is to create a logo which represents a ghost which have had a good deal.
The logo must be original and not taken from some images online.
Lowest bidder who is able to work on this will get this project. However, the quality must be there. Will award more projects to the designer in future as this is the 1st project working with him
Current budget is around SGD50.
