Design Expert Needed ASAP

I have an *.SVG file that needs to be recolored.

I have a mock-up of what the final coloring and final layout should be in a PDF file. Please note that it should be done within Adobe Illustrator so that it can scale to any size in a crisp and clear fashion. I also need the remainder of the logo (text and rectangle) to be replicated in Adobe Illustrator as a vector image.

It is critical that this file be created in CMYK colors so it is suitable for printing.

Turn Around Time: 24 hours or Less a MUST. As soon as this is awarded, I'll do the following:

1. Send over the files to work with

2. Create an escrow payment to be delivered upon delivery and acceptance.
