Design a Logo for APEX sports & exercise clinic - repost

I am ready to launch my exercise and sports science business called 'Apex sports and exercise clinic'. I need a logo that is simple, effective and implements some sort of exercise, sport or fitness related shape in the Apex part of the name. I want to be able to use the logo for my clothing as well. -I need a pamphlet designed. I will post my pamphlet here for you all to see it. The writing is done. I need it to look great and professional. -I need business cards done. Simple business cards. I will attach: -a screenshot of my website (which is not yet published), -a pdf version of my pamphlet, a questionnaire with what I need done and details to go on business cards and letterhead details. -I will also attach what I would like as a logo under the file "apex logo" and the font I like so it's not too hard for you guys. I need this done as soon as possible. Maximum 2 days so the sooner you do it the better so we can give feedback. PLEASE. I WOULD LIKE THE LOGO COLOURS TO SUIT THE BLACK AND YELLOW WEBSITE. SO ONLY BLACK, YELLOW OR WHITE (OR A MIX OF THOSE). Looking to pay nothing above $60 as I have already done most of the work for you If your work is good then I will give you further work in the future for my other businesses.
