Design a Logo for a magic tricks company

We are a starting company that sells magic tricks. We are looking at a fresh and modern look logo.
The idea is very simple, to have a magic hat upside down and a city skyline getting out of it (skyscrapers). The name of the company is "Capital de la Magia" which translates to "The magic capital" (as a capital city).
Note that the skyline may be abstract, it doesn't need to be very detailed (see the attachment for an example of what we mean).
The phrase "Capital de la Magia" must be embedded in the logo in some way. Can be within the graphic or as a separate line, but it must look smooth.
Main colors are black, red and purple. Additional colors may be used if the design calls for it. (The way colors are used in the attached image would be acceptable)
Keep in mind we are looking at a contemporary logo, not a traditional and "cliché" old magic kind.
We need Ai files to be able to modify it + a 300 dpi 1500 pixels wide by what ever heigh it gets.
