Our website delivers a program to help smokers to quit - permanently and without nicotine replacement, or medication. The program is based on a system created and delivered by psychotherapists with over 30 years combined experience of helping smokers quit. The web based system will enable smokers to download a structured and directive program made up of video and audio sessions and a comprehensive workbook - a program which will offer them the best chance of quitting smoking, for good.
It is the first in a series of programs others planned include stress reduction, weight loss and eating management, depression, anxiety, sleeping disorders.
What makes the program unique and effective is the way in which the materials are designed, personalised and combined.
The program is purchased and downloaded online; it is designed to be followed by the customer, with no support. The program has been successfully trialled and shown to be highly effective.
The initial market focus is on English speaking countries, including USA, UK, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Later, the program will be translated into other languages.
The company aims to make the best use of technology to increase the personalisation and effectiveness of the program - over time building in more interactivity and community emphasis.
