Designer Needed!! I need an A6 double-sided postcard/flyer

I need an A6 (148x105) double-sided postcard/flyer designed to advertise my new business service and specials. Must be 148x105mm image size, in 300dpi resolution, CMYK and saved as a pdf. The artwork must be flattened and fonts must be outlined and embedded.
I have provided my logos and a checklist from my printing company.
I basically need one side of the card to advertise my business (Dagon Computing Solutions) on a black background with my number, website and email.
Also on that same side i would like my services printed out.
They are :
-Computer Repairs
-Laptop Repairs
-Internet Security
-Virus Removal
-Networking
-Data Recovery
(the above services MUST be on the flyer. The services below are only required IF they fit in the image)
-Tune-ups
-Custom Built Systems
-Troubleshooting
-Tutorials
The other side of the flyer needs to be on a white background, again with my logo and an image(attached) pasted on one side of the page. On this side i would like my specials to be advertised.
It must say "Is your computer running too slow? Call with this ad to receive a $130 full computer tune-up for ONLY $65!!"
"Tune-up Process:
- Cleaning of dust internally and externally
- Cleaning keyboard, mouse and monitor
- Remove temporary files
- Uninstall unwanted/unused software
- Manage startup programs for a faster boot
- Clean computers registry
- Scan and remove all spyware
- Defragment all hard drives"
and in small writing on the bottom "offer ends 31/12/10"
The layout colors must be the colors of my logo which is blue and green.
I would like this designed finished hopefully by the end of the week, as i plan to have them printed and distributed the following week.
