An introduction tour for my website

Be aware! The website is fully designed. The only thing I need is a simple but effective design which covers the introduction tour! When someone is exploring my website this user needs some guidance. Every detail and aspect of the website needs to be explained throughout this introduction tour. Important subjects regarding this project: -a very easy looking but effective tour which explains the whole website, by using short pop-up screens and light changes; -the different pop up screens needs to be designed; -the different changes in colours to indicate which part of the website is being explained needs to be designed; -text in the pop-screen which consists of a short explanation about that particular part of the website (one or two sentences, in English); -the possibility for the user to change his profile during the introduction tour, fully graphic designed; -the tour needs to fit in perfectly with the current design of the website; -the tour needs to be innovative; -the tour should interact with the website and the users’ needs; I think it will take 1 hour to fully understand the website (you will receive the test-website-URL), 3 hours to design the introduction tour and 3 hours to fill in the text which explains that part of the website/introduction tour. That is a total of 7 hours, when taking in to consideration some adjustments this will be a total of +/- 10 hours. I am willing to pay $100 for this project, if you deliver good work there is also a high chance that I will approach you to design the posters, flyers and stickers for this website.
