Hi there. I have a website called [login to view URL] and i want to add a blog or twitter feed to keep my content fresh so that its keeps getting crawled by google robots and keeps it near the top of google. I have heard that having a blog on the site is good for this. Also i need a google capture adding to my site as i keep getting lots of spam emails sent through. Also would like to bidder to suggest any alterations they can make to my site to make it better and rank higher up in the search engines and in general make my website more attractive and help drive traffic to my site.
