Build a Chic Website (9-page)

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND MY REQUIREMENTS!!! I require a professional, chic, secure and functional 9-page website design using a CMS (preferably wordpress). I will provide the basic site layout and headlines but the freelancer will provide all content and write up. I may provide some of the pictures or give the designer a general idea of the kind of pictures i'd like to see The designer should be original artistic and meticulous and should be able to interpret the words and information provided into captivating content, photos and designs. I am not looking for a run of the mill designer but someone who's work speaks for him/her.
