Build a Drag & Drop Visual Editor on my Wordpress Website

Hello, I need a skilled programmer to help build a drag & drop editor within my Wordpress website. It can be done using HTML5 canvas, scalable vector graphics (SVG) or whatever method you believe will best accomplish the interface. Please let me know how you intend to approach this. You'll be working together with my head programmer Derick. Derick can handle the PHP and database side of things if you can create the drag & drop visual interface.
