To design a “highly dynamic”, SEO URL friendly, CMS website. Dynamic since it is designed in such a way that every time user changes something it will reflect in main website. Each and every section should be mobile responsive. Scope should be given to add news section if required.
Important Note: This is not a simple HTML static website. I need some functionality that is required in this Website.

Requirements (These are main tabs in the home page). For each Section I need a Page to be created. This Just needs a good looking HTML page, nothing is needed.
