Build a Scaleable Website using a WordPress Theme

Looking for website design, redesign based on an existing WordPress template: [login to view URL] Our business is as a reseller of video conferencing, webcasting and virtual learning software and meetings services. Current partners whose solutions we resell are [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and www.whygo.net. Our site's Top Level Menu will be: Solutions -- which are video conferencing, webcasting ect Verticals -- the markets we are targeting Applications -- the business functions our solutions will address such as HR, Sales ect User Platforms -- the devices which our solutions can connect through such as meeting rooms, boardrooms ect.. Meetings Services -- + Home and Contact US page We want for each top level section to be based on its own unique sub-Template to be reused as we add more solutions, verticals, apps, user platforms, etc. We envision 3 templates: 1- 1 page Template for the home page, 1 main template of Two pages (a cover and a details page) to be tweaked slightly for each top level menu item, Solutions, Verticals, Applications and User platforms and 1 Template of two pages for Meetings Services. We were working with a previous designer but the project got stalled bc of the lack of quality and initiative taken in delivering a quality design.
