I am offering the same service and want a good website which is better in design then their site. Once you have finished the project I will change the text to make it unique. I want it clean and very professional. Rather than spend ages working on the text we can just take theirs and I will update.

Include some good images.

You should get most of the ideas from competitor site.

Please give me your best price but I want a good professional site and willing to pay for this. When you give me a price please give me links to sites you have done before that have the look and feel you would propose for the site.
