Build a Website.

I need it to be interactive website that will display items for sale. I need a creative mind as we are not sure to do on some things. The website needs to look very professional yet inciting enough to keep a consumer around for multiple minutes, browsing pages beyond the products- An interactive website. Logos that move when the cursor hovers over it, etc. Someone with a marketing background as well would flourish in this opportunity, understanding how to please the modern customer. The image I am going for and the market that is being targeted is partying teenagers. This must be acknowledged before placing a bid in understanding you must have the knowledge and skills to entertain and amuse this audience in website building and design. I am also looking for someone with advanced skills in SEO better than my current team. We are expanding to freelancer in search of these specific and unique skills. I can't get to the top of google and this is a huge deal. If your skills apply to this type of work, please leave a inquiry below with a meaningful post. I can read through what is copied and pasted and that is not what i'm looking for- that would just tell me you don't have the skills required. Also, keep in mind that i will not have a problem with filing a claim with freelancer if the work is not completed with the details provided above. I am looking for a real skillful website designer with skills in CIS. We have plenty of people on board, including myself, who are very knowledgeable about CIS, so please don't waste yours or my time if you are not equip for the job. Finally, I would need to get access to the site construction after and during the process so i can go in and change things myself afterwords. Also making minor changes and reposting the site would keep it from remaining static which is very important, so this is a must. Looking forward to talking to future freelancers!
