Careers page – Allow the registration of potential agents through an online application form that stores all the data onto a data base. This should generate a username and password for the person.
News and Events – that feeds into the homepage.
Industries – 10 editable hyperlinks that go to individual editable pages, similar to whats on [login to view URL]
Services and Solutions – Links to individual pages listed: mystery shopping page, web based analysis, Mystery Customer Telephone Calls, Online satisfaction surveys, Mystery E-Valuations, Underage ID Checks, Compliance Check's.
Agents Portal - This should be accessed by agents only. There should be a section to logon that takes them to an individual agent landing page. The staff landing page should have a section to amend personal details stored on the database, Agents news (common for all agents), display available assignments (that can be uploaded by the company and visible to all agents) and have an upload section for completed assignments that are stored on the website.
Employers Portal – this should be accessed by employers only and the initial landing page should have a registration section for new companies and a logon section for existing customers. The user name and password should then only be released by someone in the company. The individual employer landing page should have a news section (common to all employers), services and solutions offered section that they can request (request form detail time, date, explanation of what they would like to investigate), a place to download assignments and video reports that are uploaded by the company this should be visible only by individual employers. There also needs to be a payment portal that is linked to paypal.
