Hello, my name is Cesar Martinez. While many other freelancers here have great backgrounds, I have a thirst for knowledge and experience. This is the first project I am bidding on and I am confident I will be able to accomplish it. I know all the skills required to complete this project and are available to be contacted at any time. I will begin by requesting to know what you have in mind for the site and what the purpose of the site will be. After understanding what the goal of the website is and how it will be designed, I will begin building the files needed.
