Build a simple website for people to donate money

The idea of the website is to let users select a particular week of a year in which they wish to donate some money for a charity. Home page: The home page show the introduction, some text and a few photos describing that the charity is about. These will be supplied by us at a later date. There will be a single button called Donate. Clicking on it opens the main Donate page. Donate page: The Donate page show a table with the following columns: Week, Name of Donor(s), Description of Donation and a donate button for each donor entry. There will also be a text link called Photos, which will be disabled by default. Clicking on an active link will open a Photos page which shows a set of photos from the actual donation for that week. There will be 2 slots of donors for each week. See attached. User enters their name(s) and the description of the donation and click on the button labelled 'Donate $50'. Clicking on it opens the 'Make a donation' page. At the foot of the page, there will be a button to go to the next/previous page (which shows weeks for 2015, 2016 and so on for up to 2020), each page representing one year. The height of the description field will be extendible by the user to enter more text. The default will allow up to 2 lines of text. The width of the text boxes will vary in relation to the size of the screen. Make a donation page: On this page, the user will be offered with a choice to pay either via Paypal or Cash. If Paypal is selected, the user will be taken to the Paypal website and the normal payment process takes place. Once the payment is processed, there will be a link on Paypal to return the user back to the website where they will be taken to the appropriate page showing their donation on the week they selected along with their names and the description of the donation. If Cash payment is selected, they will be given a phone no and the name of the Cash Recipient to call to make arrangements for the cash payment. The name and phone no of the Cash Recipient should be configurable by the webmaster or Admin user of the website. There can be more than one Cash Recipient in the system, and one or all Cash Recipients will be shown to the user when those recipient(s) exist. The user will be provided with a button called 'Donation paid in Cash' and clicking it will take the user back to the appropriate page showing their donation on the week they selected along with their names and the description of the donation. In either case, once donation is done, the Donate button for their week entry will be greyed out as well as the text fields so no other editing is allowed (as shown in the attached PDF). Photos page. All we need for this is blank template page, with the same banner, heading and the same CSS as the rest of the pages. We will add the photos and text for each donation that took place and link back to the Donate page. The website should also be mobile-friendly, in that, the rendering of the page contents on mobile devices (from 3.5" upwards) should be clear and all features accessible and usable, from the user perspective. Required deliverables: - A set of HTML, CSS and Image files of the website. -Please state which type of hosting service is needed for this: Windows or Linux or either one. The developer should possess the following: - Experience with GIT and it is expected that the developer will check-in the code on a daily basis so we can monitor the progress and give immediate feedback, as well as for us to edit the content of the Home Page with content. -Experience with Agile development and reporting tools, like Trello or Zoho. We will be using one of these to log requirement s and track progress of the project. -Good communicator and one who is willing to ask client for clarification before starting development, rather than build-first-ask-later attitude, which usually result in delays and re-work, due to not meeting the requirements or misunderstanding of requirements.
