Build a website with flash and java scripts added

I would like a website made where people can go to design rooms in their houses and gardens. I want an interactive flash or java based interactive window where the user can drag and drop the items they want in their room or garden e.g. they could drag a table and cabinets, etc. After they have finished dragging and dropping the items into place there will be a button to press to go to the next stage of their design. Once this button is pressed they will be taken to a new page where they will be able to choose different brands of the items that they put into the room e.g. different types of tables and chairs etc. Once they choose the different brands they want they will be taken to a new page which will tell them how much money it will cost and how long it would approximately take to build. They will also be able to click links to go to different websites to view the products and buy them separately.
