Create a website with a blog page, pages with aphoto galleries and a page with news blocks.
The site must be based on Joomla 2,5 template or up. Using a made template is necessary!
Please look at the file «specification», which is attached, before offering your rates!!! It includes the description of all pages, blocks and modules of the site.
The site must be responsive to decrease of a window’s width of a visitor’s browser.
Payment (without any advance):
- 50% intermediate payment (is discussed additionally) after some confirmed work done;
- 50% the final payment after all points of this agreement (specification) are done.
The project is received only after total completing: any initial ones, site not completed in any points and etc. – is not the finished work and it will not be paid.
You must be sure that your rate is final!
If you don't agree with our conditions please don't offer your rates! Don't waste our and your time.
