Crowdfunding with a Twist - Repost

Looking to create a new type of Crowdfunding website. This can be completed with any bevy of standard programming languages or even via Wordpress with the correct template/themes/plugins. If possible, you could create with an open source technology such as CrowdHoster. Im very open to the different technologies that can be used. I will require you sign an NDA before getting into the bones of the project, however here are things that I believe most Crowdfunding sites would need to be useful: Admin backend (management of submitted campaigns / ability to approve,reject campaigns / ability to modify existing campaigns if needed) Registration for users ( sign up form,forgot password, maybe a sign in with facebook account option) Ability to browse campaigns Ability to create campaigns (set goal,rewards, customizable funding options, multiple different funding options *this will need to be discussed*) Comments section / discussion section (maybe using Disqus or customized comment app) Donations should be accepted via several different avenues *This will be covered by NDA * Some sort of payment processor: (with a fee deducted for the website) - Id prefer to not use paypal adaptive processing, the fee is too high -Amazon Payments is an option although it may be the same -CrowdTilt is a processor that charges 2.5% as oppsed to 2.9% ? *Security is key! A few notes to the developer(s): I am willing and open to the idea of a freelancer *dont mind the pun* (as in an individual) not a company to work on this project. I realize that for a full website of this size, I am bidding a bit low, however if the work is accepted and done great, Im open to more work in the future as well as possible equity for the right person. I would like to collaborate on this project. This means: I would like to go back and forth and review certain things I would like to be able to make decisions as the project is being worked on ( Im not looking for a build and dump situation) Please be mostly English fluent (this means understand and speak English beyond and above just tech talk) Any USA developers from the SoCal region will be given preference* **Because of NDA, there will be certain pieces of this project that I cannot mention until after a project is accepted and NDA signed.
