Customizing a Web database administration tool

Description: We have build with CakaPHP an customer database administration tool. After a Logon the custom has the possibility to manage the customer database trough Web Frontend. See attached picture. [login to view URL]: First Page = Customer integration. This Page is for adding a new customer into the Database. [login to view URL]: Second Page = Update summery The User get an overview about the latest updates to the database [login to view URL]: Third Page = Overview This page shows the User all customers in the Database. From here the costumer has the possibility to edit a customer entry. After klicken the edit button the user will be forward to the first page with the specific dates. Request: For the some visual impression I attached a screenshot, [login to view URL] Point 1: The fields ID and Kundennummer (customer number) should be filled automatically. These values are taken over to the database. There is already a database which will be migrated into the tool. After that the ID and Customer number should be filled ongoing automatically. The fields are not primary keys Actual State: These fields are filled manually. Point 2: The field Land (Country) should be filled automatically with “Deutschland” (Germany) And be hidden. The user doesn’t have to see it. But we need it later for the database. The field should be hidden and be filled automatically with “Deutschland” and be taken over to the Database. Actual State: These fields are filled manually. Point 3: The user fills the fields Strasse (Street + Number), Postleitzahl (Postcode) and Ort (State) with proper dates. With the help of these dates the fields Geol and Geob are automatically filled with the proper latitude and longitude. You can use Google Webservice for that.
