Design and code Responsive Wordpress theme from mock up and existing site.

My clients existing site is [login to view URL] We want it to look like the mock up in the attachment. It can utilize the same images that are on the current page. It will need an easy way to change the picture order and pictures of cabins from the admin panel. Every panel will be a link to an existing website with more info ( [login to view URL] )It will also need a panel below the 6 pictured in the mock up that will take up all three slots in width. Below the picture links will need to be a text block that is changeable from the admin panel. This design needs to be responsive and look great from all mobile devices. We also need a base secondary page to fill with photos and content (about us, specials etc) This page needs to be easily duplicated to make other landing pages that look the same but are optimized for other search terms.
