Custom photoshopped background

We'd like a custom photoshop image to use as background picture for our gaming community site, [login to view URL], currently only a forum, site is bein made in flash. For that site we'd like a background. A little bit like the file i uploaded. We'd like a similar background sky'ish thing, a bit blue'ish though. Then around that different characters from games. Fighting, firing, fleeing, etc. We host servers for tf2, those are the most populated atm. We have had a bf2 servers for a while populated. For the rest we host servers like cod4, css. But we're looking at expaning to other games. That's why we wouldn't want only one game being displayed on the background picture. Tf2, bf2, cs,etc. So making the pictures of the persons all black could be a possibility too, to not make it too distracting. Actually, this all would be free for the designer, as long as he or she can finish the picture within 2 weeks and looks professionally.
