Cinematic title with banner

I am looking to get a title designed and displayed with an incredible cinematic effect with a moving camera in after effects with cinema 4d text, this may also contain the necessary angles for an eye-catching and matched branding banner too. I am looking for it to be fairly minimalistic yet the attention to detail to be the main focus. The usual setting of the channel is apocalyptic and I love cinematics so implementation of things like blood are more than welcome as long as they are done right. I intend to put the title to use in my current intro which contains fog, therefore rays of light replicating a flashlight could be interesting too especially if I can get the visuals to react with the current fog, it will be to replace and improve the current DaCrazyCageMan title seen in the intro in the beginning of this video here: [login to view URL] This is not a definite job, first I would like to see quotes on how much this kind of work would generally cost and what creative ideas you may be able to bring for this kind of project.
