Constant Contact Template

My marketing company has several clients that need a custom e-mail template that meets the requirements of Constant Contact. If you are unfamiliar with Constant Contact, you probably should not bid. The template is easy to design but must be created in HTML, which would be a required skill. You can build it within Constant Contact's templates but these are fairly limiting. I'd prefer not. I am looking for a partner that can turn these around quickly and do quality work. E-mail marketing is a growing part of our business and we consult with clients, write the copy and manage all of this, but we do not possess sufficient graphic or HTML skills for custom templates. Once you know their requirements, it becomes a rather simple task for future templates. We need custom templates that will include a few stock images (I can provide some or all). I will provide copy and direction. For this bid, bid only one re-usable template. This will be for my company as a test case. Website is www.sjsassoc.com. One side will need a few links to our website and/or other information. Copy will be probably 200 words max. This is to communicate our brand, can and should have 1-2 photos and/or background. Keep in mind the Constant Contact standards for their templates, which are generally compliant to the various ISP's. If you are overseas, you must speak fluent English and have a Skype account or create a Skype account for quick communication. Again, you are bidding on one template for now so we can see the work and test the upload. We expect many more templates to be required but cannot offer any guarantees. However, we would like to stick with one person or firm for these.
