Create Icon and Stickers images from images in FLA

I have 40 small images in an FLA on one page.- see attached- it has one image as an example of the kind of images they are all the same size inside the FLA The work is to:
Export each one as a separate image into SVG format
Re -colour ( fill) the each whole image a new color ( codes to be supplied) and resize as directed ( all same size e.g. 100 by 100 px)
Convert each image into a ' sticker syle' with a white border around it
Convert each image into an favicon
Convert each image into an icon style blue hex code suppplied - see noun project for examples.
All stickers style
can you do one sample image as an icon and a sticker and SVG to show me?
I will attached one in a fla with a single image in it so you can work on it
