Cut out products from pictures.

I have a website that will be selling more than 3500 products.
As we are about to start the photoshooting of products, we need someone who can cut out the products from the background as well as refining the image aftwards. The product image needs to be ready to put on any background.
The images are uploaded to a shared folder on dropbox in RAW.
Because of this I'm looking for someone or a company to work with long term. Because of the amount of products and the proffesional level, following requirements are needed:
- Skype communication
- English language
- Dropbox sharing, so have the space ready for a lot of images
I will prefer to get a price on per image edited, but also open to hourly rates.
