Design Vector Artwork for Tshirt

I need a T-shirt transfer designed. It needs to be vector artwork and fit in an 11 inch by 11 inch area. The transfer vendor I am using has some requirements for vector artwork found here: [login to view URL] . By accepting this job, you agree that all copyrights will belong to me. I want the design to be black or a dark gray. I plan on using this design on light colored materials. I would also like a jpeg rendering made available along with the vector art. Attached is a picture of the concept I would like. The hole in the palm print needs to look better. Not the pixelated one in he picture. The font below the handprint says "Romans 5:8". I would like the font for the phrase to be something like a typewriter style. Please use your artistic ability and come up with any cool ideas you have. I will be near my computer, so I can respond to any questions you have.
