Design New Craigslist Banners

I am looking for help with updating my Craigslist advertizing with some fresh and new banners.

Here are my old advertisements:

I am looking to create two new advertisements. One for criminal law and one for civil law.

Both adverts should have these words in capital letter that the very top "THIS IS AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES" (This text must be the largest text or equal to the largest text) (READ THIS AND UNDERSTAND IT... ask me if you don't)

Looking for a clean and elegant design. Easy to read fonts.
