Create Professional API Document

So this is what we're looking to do at the moment. We have a wiki for our newly created API. However, it needs to be translated into a real PDF document, that not only looks nice, but also shows all the information clearly and easily.
The document content is pretty much done, so its a matter of copy / paste in most cases, and a lot of fill in the blanks. The issue is that we'd like the code snippets to be colorful as well, so make the code snippets look just like they would in dreamweaver.... if you where to post them in there.
The project needs to be put into a PDF format and delivered. The overall work isn't complicated, but rather more fiddly, and the person that is doing it really has to know what their doing, otherwise it could end up looking very trashy, and its not something that we'd like to do.
So if you've done this kind of design work before, please place your bid, along with an attachment of something similar (in terms of documentation that you've done in the past...). Please don't post on here, if your not sure what your doing or your new to GAF, because chances are is that it will be too complicated for you, and you'll not do well with it.
