Custom Digital Masquerade Ball Invitation

I am throwing my daughters a masquerade ball themed birthday party, and need a custom, digital invitation ASAP (that I can print out myself).
I want the invitation to be a foldable one (like the one in the attached document), and we plan to hold it together with a mask (like in the attached document).
I also want a "likeness" of our 2 daughters included on the invitation in some way. They are slim build, african-american with natural textured hair :) I am also open to any ideas you may have.
