Build a simple mock website - need someone to do now and ready today

I need to create a mock up of a website today.
The site will be for sharing knowledge.
I can see one main page with 4 pictures and under each will have 1. Due diligence support, 2. Commercial Excellence, 3. Procurement Excellence, 4. Talent Management (select a picture for each from the web). color of the web a nice blue. this wil be the [url removed, login to view] page
Will develop two sections as an example:
1. lets develop the Commercial Excellence page as an example.
the format will be like a wiki. I can see a menu on the left of the page thats fixed and for navigation. Items on the menu: Sales Force Effectiveness, Pricing, Marketing Effectiveness, New Product / Service Commercialization. and then on the right frame just the result of when I click on each of the sections. I should also be able to scroll down and see the different sections. Think of this as a wiki.
2. for the Due diligence resource page, have inthe menu: Value Creation books, Preferred Consultants, VCP template, On-boardind checklist
