Design a Website Mockup

Dear sirs We're looking for an agency who would be willing to polish our web site, correcting and enhancing it. We have a limited budget and are looking for an affordable option. Being system developers we have advanced technical knowledge and created the design ourselves. Yet, our design ability is limited and our artistic talent inexistent. We want to keep the existing layout, and - as much as possible - would like to make it more elegant, sophisticated and modern (without too many changes). But must importantly we want to fix - from a designers perspective - inconsistencies, conflicts and errors. Technically we built the site on top of bootstrap 3 using PineGrow editor. But we're more interested in the artistic aspect. If you are keen with this technology, great. If you're not you may just provide Photoshop pages, that would be just fine as well. The site is in Portuguese language, but we may provide an English version if necessary. We also need printable folder for our company.
