Design a Wordpress Theme for a Private Investigator

I am a starting Private Investigator and I am looking for someone who can build me a very professional Wordpress theme which is clear, professional and SEO ready.
The theme MUST have the following features and without these I cannot release payment. So please, focus on this project and think with me. It is very important that my customers can get their trust in me only by viewing the website. My future projects depends on it.
The features must be:
- Very professional look
- The theme MUST be compatible with future Wordpress updates. If not, you must be able to rectify the problem without any cost
- Testimonial widgets must be fully working
- Fully SEO ready
- Places for social media (widget implementations?)
- You must have a viewable portfolio and a good reference on Freelancer
Time is not really an issue, but I am a very critical person. I do some website design myself, so I know where to look at. A professional person who is able to think with me is highly appreciated. Also future contact must be available in case of problems with the theme.
