browser and iPhone app to calculate calories from food eaten, calories from workouts, and compare the calories to a recommended daily calorie allowance.

-browser and mobile app should communicate with each other
- user will land on start page that asks for: age, height, weight, gender and how much weight per week they'd like to lose.
-This info will be fed into a formula to calculate how many calories person should eat per day to lose weight
- we will provide formulas for above calculations. They are currently in excel spreadsheet format
- a nutrition database must be integrated so when people type in a food item and the serving size they will see the calorie, fat, protein, carbohydrate and fiber content. We will provide this database
- the calories from foods eaten and exercise performed will be added up and compared to the persons total calories for the day (from personal info above)
- the user should be able to switch from day to day, for example see past days data.
- there should also be a weekly total for calories eaten and burned while exercising by day and week
- the data they enter should be viewable by my team to see daily the daily calories, food eaten, workouts done.
- the data should be stored under the persons log in info an accessible to user and our team
