Design a Wordpress Mockup

I currently have a small wordpress site, it is an online store that was gaining traction and becoming successful and started having server issues. Now we have lost a great deal of our money on account of this issue and need to resolve it one way or the other. If you create a wordpress site for us, we don't need much more than the template set up and possibly a few links put in. We will add all products and pages, do all the pricing and everything else necessary. We may need you to set up the shoipping cart if that is done seperately. We would like to get it done in 48 hours, we need the site mostly finished and uploaded to a secure non u.s. server as soon as humanly possible.
