A business flyer

I need a flyer that I can use every month that I can email that promotes our monthly conference calls. I have attached a file of excerpts from an email from my employer critiquing the one I did last month. I also attached another file with the flyer that I did last month. The theme this month for our calls is "MANAGEMENT" We are discussing this month about the art of management.
