Hello, You look like you are looking to build a event notification system (or sort) with mailing (sms) list ability. To build a system like this, you need to have a server with cron job (to schedule the notification period) ability and a sms gateway will be required in order to send sms via HTTP/SMTP/OTHER. Cron job normally comes free with the subscription to the web hosting company, but SMS don't. May I know what is the status of the project? 1. Do you already have a server with domain? 2. Have you already subscribed to any sms gateway? 3. Have anything been done to the project? Feel free to approach me should you need any assistance. Thank you.
