Create an Animation Cartoon or whiteboard Video

Hello,

Im after a cartoon/animation or whiteboard style video to be created for a service that my company provides - the service is called "digital decluttering" Is where we edit photos to remove clutter from real estate photos in messy rental homes when they get listed for sale.

I already have a voice over done - it runs for around 1 minute and 10 seconds.

I have created a basic story board and have got a voice over done.

Im looking for maybe a cartoon animation or similar whiteboard. i only want plain white backgrounds and simple movements. The characters mouths would have to move in time with the voice over.

Please find attached the sample story board - the images are just a rough guide. I will need a quote to do this.
