Baby Safety Product

I am working on a new brand in child safety. My project involves detecting children in car seats, basically a smart in-car seat butt pad that wants to make sure no helpless baby is ever accidentally left alone in a hot car. How it works: Simply drop it under your baby's butt in the car seat and you'll get a notification that the baby is in. When the car is at a full stop for some period of time, you'll get another notification to take the baby with you - if the car is stopped for a period of time and we sense the baby hasn't been moved- our other sensors go to work, and within seconds we notify you that we think there's a problem. If you don't respond within seconds, we notify 911 with the location of the vehicle, it's make, and color, and conditions of the vehicle. In minutes, you're able to get added protection and peace-of-mind. I imagine that to do this right will require a pressure sensor (to detect baby is in the seat), an accelorometer (to see if car is moving), a thermometer( to check ambient termperature), and a gsm chip (to notify the authorities if needed). I need the board designed with the above sensors as well as an enclosure for it - that isn't too rigid, as you can picture a baby sitting on it in its car seat - it could just be a pillow like disc - fit in something not much larger than the diameter of a DVD, and in order to get accurate ambient temp, you can imagine the thermometer dropping down from the device.
