ASSIST me with building a website using wordpress.org

Please read entire project description before bidding. RESPONSES WILL BE SCREENED and immediately rejected if they don't answer the question at the end of this post. This job requires: 1. ASSISTING ME to build a website using [login to view URL] 2. You will be paid per hour in milestones for being available for conversation and direction to help me use wordpress 3. You will NOT be given any details of the website that i'm building. 4. For the first hour I will pay $6 AUD 5. IF you do a great job of assisting me and answering my questions, I will continue to pay you on a per hour basis 6. Job will include but won't be limited to answering questions about the functions of wordpress, instuctions on how to add pages and menus, inserting pictures and medias, linking site up to social medias. 7.
