Add Functions to my Website

Website needed work: [login to view URL] Reference Site: [login to view URL] Both are my Sites, but cityflare is not 100% designed like hamburgflare in following 1) Frames/ Increase Size and adjustable like reference Size 2) Each Frame must have a Filter defined. Check current Filters. Only Audio, Video, Radio. These must be defined by admin 3) Admin must be able to add Sliding Effect for each Link: example 4) Videos must slide like reference Site (check Music-videos on Reference site) 5) Admin must be able to add visual effects to each link like [login to view URL] I want this (Brickeffect) as entry for Musicvideos 6) In admin all Musicvideos are being either uploaded or linked - I need continous Play on either all musicvideos 7) Enter City > I need folders above that so I can Put States>City 8) Admin must be able to add countries (Country-flag Image Link) and have new content 9) Frames in Admin must be able to sort Frames manually (move up or down) 10) Adding new Frames now can be choosen to all Cities, just one or to Homepage, I need Box Check-marks to which cities new Frames will be added 11) Admin must be able to add Interactive content (videos) and have player disply like [login to view URL] Must BE SEO Friendly All payments will be made on Completion -No Milestones Don't Bid if you do not accept Put Flare in beginning of your Proposal
