Architectural Rendering completion - PhotoShop

Hello,
I need an architectural rendering of the interior of a 4-floor shopping center.
This project has been started, but the current artist does not have time to finish. The current artist will send the PhotoShop files to me, and then I will send the files to the winning bidder.
Currently the project has most of the outlines completed, but it may need an escalator and a few people added.
The details need to be finished. I want it to be somewhat photo-realistic (not like a cartoon). I want it to look contemporary, bright, upscale, and futuristic (but not like space).
If you are the winning bidder, I would like you to first work on a small sample section of the drawing for me to see within 3 days. Then I would like the project to be completed in 4 days after the sample is approved.
I would like to see some samples of your portfolio.
