I need a simple quick sketch for ground floor of house that is divided into 4 main parts
1/ 2 bedrooms + 1 GYM + halls/sitting areas (minimum 2) + 2 bathrooms + 1 terrace
2/ two apartments which consists of:
(3 bed rooms + 3 bath rooms + 1 halls/sitting areas + 1 kitchen)
3/ 1 big setting area (Majlis) + 1 bathroom + area to wash hands + 1 dining area
4/ 1 big external kitchen + 1 food store
Note:
# Areas (1/ + 2/) to be joint as one part with 1 ladder and 1 elevator
# Area (3/) to be separate from areas (1/ + 2/)
# Area (4/) to be separate from areas (1/ + 2/)
# Minimum total area for a bedroom = 14.5 square meter
# Living style to be close to GCC cultuer
