Build a Copy of Website

I need a website that is a similar copy of this website: [login to view URL]

This website has a feature where the visitor selects his order and writes his instagram account name and after clicking the buy button he is redirected to the paying page.

I need a script that when the user writes his instagram account name the script will re-write what the person wrote as: [login to view URL]

And then the script will capture the first page of the persons instagram account and will display it in a small square next to the person's order.

I wil also need this script for other social networks like facebook and youtube.

I also want a 24h Online chat service that appears in the right corner of the website, like this one: [login to view URL]
