Build an Online Store for Custom Design Wood Cases

I need a website built that is similar to the t shirt websites where the user uploads a design and then the design goes on a t shirt and then the user makes an order. This website however will be different, because I need the same concept but for cell phone cases. the reference website is this [login to view URL] 1) The uploaded design will have to turn into black and white similar to our software that does engravings and ignore the white parts so they become transparent. 2) The design will have to float on a wood case phone shaped background that changes if the customer changes phone or material, I will provide all pictures, some slight editing may be needed. 3) The website must have add text feature. 4) Instead of having options to select t shirt type, I want options to select cell phone type 5) Also there must be an option to select the type of wood material the user would like to add, Bamboo, white bamboo, heavy bamboo, cherry wood, Black walnut wood, sapele wood, rose wood, zebra wood, wenge, Red Suanzhi Wood, Bois de rose, Maple Wood, also ability for me to change if stock is low or non existent or on back order. 6) Also an option to add a screen protector to the purchase for an extra amount and it must list the different types, Matte Anti Scratch, Glossy Anti scratch, Diamond Anti Scratch, and Shock Proof all at different prices and included 1 year warranty. Once all the options are filled it should lead to a check out page where it asks for payment information, I would like it for the user to be able to form an account or log in through Facebook After the user pays I would like the system to automatically send the user an email receipt with his purchase and perhaps a coupon or referral code for another purchase. ie; $5 off your next purchase, $5 referral credit on your account for every purchase of $25 or more etc accompanied with an automatically made Facebook, twitter, google plus share link with their own unique referral code. If this feature can be done in the check out section after payment has gone through that would be great as well! 7) There must be tabs for Pictures, Testimonials, Videos, and about us section to show a picture of the team and our physical location and story etc at the bottom the usual legal and shipping and customer info, return policy, warranty policy. 8) The website must have specific features to track affiliate networks and to count advertisement links. 9) The website must work with different payment processors like paypal and google pay, and maybe a built in one that works for cheaper .. and if possible have those "verified" stickers at the bottom and If possible get https, but that can be arranged with the hosting. 10) There must be an administration page for me and employees to see orders and be able to see the uploaded file and position of upload in order to develop the case and ship it. I want the website to be light blue and have a "nature" but also "luxury" look, so we can use a wood texture or light blue texture, it does not have to be light blue but I want it to look like a "premium cell phone case" website, I want it to yell luxury but also simplicity and affordable. It must be very very simple to use, the homepage should already be asking you what phone you want, what material wood you want, and if you want to select a pre-made design, upload your own, or to have a fully "custom build" design that sends to a page where the user can type a message straight to my email to receive a quotation.
