Build a Website

We are needing to build a few websites for different divisions of our company, which we want to keep in the same framework for consistency and familiarity related to our brand. We have completed one website using a framework we purchased- see: [login to view URL] . We are wanting to use the same framework, - which we can provide, and need great graphic skills (including image proportion, spacing on the page, font selection, etc.) and knowledge to work within this framework to create visually compelling and very professional websites to reflect positively on our brand. The first task has two components: 1) to make suggest, and complete any design, scale, font, etc. improvements on the following site: [login to view URL] and 2) to create a second website (approx the same size) for an other division of our company. Assuming that the quality of your work is what we are looking for, we would then create at least two additional similar sites. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE A BID UNTIL YOU HAVE SEEN THE SITE AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT. I will NOT respond to any bids where the freelancer has not seen the existing site. I also need samples of your prior work. Completion on time and on budget and high ratings are important to us. I am happy to respond to questions, but do NOT want to deal with 'bait and switch' freelancers. I am fine with bids from companies where the task may be done by different people as long as I have one contact person. Thank You.
