Project: Facelift of existing website ([login to view URL])
We are a non-profitable organization focused on eliminating poverty through education in third world countries. The project would require the following.
1. Facelifting the current website ([login to view URL]). A basic website is available but it’s nowhere near where we want it to be.
2. The designer is required to produce the website equal or better in outlook/quality as

3. Web site key features includes but not limited to
a. Mobile phone compatible
1. Online payment options using Paypal, Credit card interface (Optional)
ii. Email notification of conducted online transactions
b. Online forms
i. Expression of interest applications (to be filled by students)
ii. Help ASPE forms (to be filled by volunteers, sponsors etc.)
c. Complete social media integration (FB page, Twitter, YouTube channel, google+ etc.)
d. Mechanism to display remaining required sponsorship for current year with ability to capture sponsorship request from potential donor
e. User friendly interface. Home page must be simple and attractive
f. Users should be able to easily find required information they might be interested
g. Secure area to place confidential information with access limited to core committee members only as defined by master administrator
h. Backend to save forms data and feedback
i. Reporting extraction tool
j. Ongoing support and maintenance
k. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) (optional)
4. Some of the contents (photos, videos, scholarship beneficiaries, financial data etc.) will be provided.
5. The designer should be innovative and should have multiple ideas for this project.
6. At least 3 different samples (may be more) are needed as a POC (Proof of concept) of which we will choose the final design.
7. While we intend to lock the scope 100% before proceeding the project, minor modifications/amendments are possible and designer should be able to incorporate those in the project.
8. The freelancer MUST have experience making similar websites for different organizations and need to provide reference while bidding for the project.
