1. Property Owner: P.O. can click on "List your property" and h will be re-directed to Registration/ Login page. If he is registered user, he will do login, else can register. If the registration is done, a verification link will be sent to user's email id, once clicked on that link, account will be verified successfully. Then he will have to login and then system will re-direct the user to the "Property Listing" page, in this page there's two options, if property is already posted, then he can update those and save or can add new list. He can give property information, Cost per person, Min. people allowed, for what it's available, hunting/ camping/ or what, availability and submit. He can put any special condition, can upload photo and submit, then it will show him preview how it will look like and can submit, it will show "Thank you page", Then it will come to home page under "Featured Properties", when new property comes along, it come into this position and goes down one by one.
User can search by state/ country and will be re-directed to the listing page, then he can go to details page, can email this to any partner, can check special conditions and print details. He can check availability, and can "book now", then he will have to fill up a booking form and submit, check terms, can go for checkout, and payment via Paypal, and then owner will be notified by email, and....
