The database portal can have seperate databases for meeting attendance, financial donations and redemption of financial pledges.
These databases can be accessed seperately and jointly by authorised users, who have a generated token or passkey assigned, on registration.
The database portal can be managed by a Central Admin, who can retrieve full reports in downloadable formats ( xls or txt formats)
